A: Tipic is an e-stamps platform. Merchants can make their own stamp cards or participate in different stamp campaigns. After spending a certain amount of money, users can collect stamps to redeem gifts. Regardless of size and industry, you can establish stamp cards belonging to each individual brand, or cooperate with other merchants to organize stamp campaigns. The stamps collected by users can be used in any merchant in the campaign. Tipic app can collect stamps and redeem rewards from multiple brands, thereby stimulating consumption and driving the flow of people.

Q2: How to join as a merchant? Is there a fee for joining?

A: Complete the online registration (link). Tipic is now offering a 3 months free trial for all merchants. 

Q3: What are the stamp distribution rules?

A: It varies according to the event. Merchants can contact
info@tipic.hk or call the enquiry hotline: 5165 4656 during office hours (Monday to Friday 09:30 to 18:30) for more information.
E.g. for the ShopShop@HK event held earlier, customers will collect a stamp for every $250 purchase, and the upper limit is 30 stamps per person per day at one merchant.

Q4: What is a CMS?

A: Upon successful registration as a Tipic Merchant, you will receive a CMS URL, login information, and CMS instructions. Merchants need to log in to the CMS to set up the brand information, store information (store information and Tipic Keeper app login information), gift information (gift information, inventory and redemption rules), and can view stamps and gift redemption reports in the CMS as well.

Q5: How to distribute stamps?

A: Scan the QR code of the guest and enter the amount of purchase. The system will automatically calculate the number of stamps to be distributed.

Q6: How to distribute gifts?

A: Scan the QR code of the guest, and the system will automatically deduct the inventory in the CMS.

Q7: What kind of equipment is needed?

A: Simply install the Tipic Keeper app on a supported smartphone or tablet.

Q8: What types of operating systems do the Tipic Keeper App support? Can it be used on a tablet?

A: We currently support and recommend the following devices:
• Apple device: mobile phone or tablet with iOS 11.0 or later
• Android device: AOS 7.0 or newer mobile phone

Q9: What is the Tipic Keeper app?

A: Tipic Keeper app is for store employees of merchants to distribute and adjust stamps, redeem gifts, and view reports. Merchants need to set up the Tipic Keeper app login information in the CMS.

Q10: What is the login account limit of the “Tipic keeper” app in each branch?

A: Each merchant and each store can create multiple Tipic Keeper app login accounts to facilitate simultaneous use by different employees.

Q11: Can I check consumption reports and data?

A: Yes, merchants can check the data in the Tipic Keeper app, or browse in the CMS.

Q12: What is the price plan?

A: Cherrypicks will charge a 0.5% fee based on the consumption amount of the stamps distributed. If a stamp is distributed with an activity consumption of $100, the charge will be ($100 X 0.5%) $0.5 for a stamp. In addition, merchants can purchase prepaid stamps to be distributed. Q1: How to apply for an account?

A: Register with your phone number, WeChat, Facebook or Apple ID in the Tipic app, which is simple and convenient.

Q2: How to collect stamps?

A: You can collect stamps after spending a certain amount at the participating merchants. Simply show your QR code on the stamp card page of App to collect stamps when making the payment.

Q3: Does the stamp have an expiration date?

A: The stamp can be used during each campaign period, please refer to each campaign event dates.

Q4: Can I transfer stamps?

A: You can use the stamp transfer function in Tipic to transfer stamps by scanning QR code, entering phone number, member name or membership number.

Q5: What are free stamps?

A: Upon successful registration, users will receive free stamps when entering the stamp card page (subject to availability in each stamp campaign). Free stamps can be used throughout the campaign period, but cannot be transferred.

Q6: How to redeem gifts?

A: Just select the gift in the Tipic app, click “Redeem Now”, and let the merchant scan the QR code for redemption.

Q7: What operating system does Tipic App support?

A: We currently support and recommend the following devices:
